He shot and directed a class film portraying The Native American way of life (The Indian Film was called, “Becoming A Man”). The entire 4th grade class and teacher rallied behind him creating the film’s sets, characters and film crew. From there Michael went on to help teach Film classes with his high school teachers, then went on to college to receive his Bachelor of Science in Film and Television Production/Motion Picture Option at Montana State University. If you include his career starting with the 4th grade, he’s been (literally focused) on the film business for 48 years!
